Property Investment
Whether you're looking to add to an existing portfolio, buy a holiday home, or are new to investing in property, we can help you figure out what's the best option to achieve your financial goals.
Many of our clients aim for passive income from property rentals to secure financial freedom, while others want to invest their savings in something other than stocks.
Working one-on-one with your financial advisor, we'll establish your long-term financial goals, your risk tolerance, and discuss the property investment options available to you.
Using our years of experience and hard data on rental returns, property uplift, and local taxes and charges specific to countries and regions, we can ensure your property purchase is an asset not a liability.
With the IWP team’s guidance, you’ll explore everything from turn-key investment properties to off-plan luxury developments around the world, and figure out which international mortgage arrangement is your best option.

How to use this retirement calculator

- Average return on savings = For example, assume 1% for cash, 5% for investments, or 3% if you have a mixture of both.
- Next, enter the amount of your current income you would like at retirement. For example, someone receiving CHF 10,000/month may want CHF 6,500 - or 65% - of their current income at retirement.
- Lastly, enter the number of 1st pillar contributions you will have made by retirement. For example, if you've paid 5 years' 1st pillar contributions until today, and expect to pay in for a further 20 years, enter 25 years. Based on the Swiss state pension.
Your targets
- Enter the age you would like to retire.
- Use the Age slider above to increase and decrease the age; when the bar chart showing 'You will have' and 'You will need' are the same, that is your expected age of retirement.
